Waltz through your wedding day worry free… Let the professional staff at Lexington Center and Hyatt Regency Catering assist you in creating the wedding event of your dreams!

Here are a few things you will need to know about booking your reception at the Lexington Center:

• The Lexington Convention Center can accommodate receptions of all sizes. The most popular wedding reception locations are on our third level in Thoroughbred 1-3 or Bluegrass Ballroom. Both spaces overlook downtown Lexington and Triangle Park.
• Room pricing varies depending on room(s) selected and number of attendees. Prices typically range between $2,000 and $4,500. This price includes the reception room for the day (all events end no later than 1:00 AM), a small stage for your band/DJ, a dance floor and your banquet tables and chairs.
• Hyatt Regency is the exclusive caterer for all Lexington Center events. For more information please call (859) 519-4219.

• In most cases Lexington Center will not contract for a wedding reception until the date is 9 months out. This is determined on a case by case basis.
• Parking in Lexington Center lots (High Street and Cox Street) is based on availability. An event in Rupp Arena may result in paid parking for wedding guests.
• All wedding clients must provide Lexington Center with an insurance certificate no later than 30 days prior to your reception/event. Feel free to obtain this certificate through the insurance provider of your choice.
